It consists of two independent maisonette villas, designed with a focus on simplicity, comfort, and privacy. Every space has been thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of natural balance and ease.

Deux villas indépendantes, conçues avec soin autour de trois idées simples : la simplicité, le confort et l'intimité. Chaque détail a été pensé pour créer une atmosphère apaisante et équilibrée.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with private balconies and a bathroom create a quiet retreat, while downstairs a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxed living area with a sofa bed, along with an additional WC, invite you to settle in with ease.
